The Dance Alumni Association at Hofstra University provides a forum for Dance alumni to communicate and maintain professional relationships, and allow for social, educational, cultural, and career-oriented opportunities.
As we continue supporting our alma mater, we look forward to creating diverse and engaging programming and supporting current Dance students in their studies and future careers. In addition, we support the Dance Department each year with gifts to support the Lance Westergard Annual Dance Award. This is awarded every year to a dance major/dance education major who has completed their junior year and intends to pursue a professional career in or related to dance.
With an alumni network of over 350 people, a contribution of any size will allow us to continue supporting dance students in this manner as they continue their educational journey at Hofstra.
